TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Turn around time is 3-7 days (or more, depends on the detail of the commission and other factors) per illustration excluding weekends and Holidays.For rushed commissions, an additional 50% on top of your total will be added. Once paid, your commission will start the same day or the day after, rushed commissions will also be processed on weekends. Turn around time will be in 1-2 days (max is 3 days, it depends on the workload of each commissions) compared to the regular 3-7 days or more (excluding holidays and weekends)Only 3 revisions per commission is available, additional revisions will cost extra. No major revisions are accepted once i start cleaning the line-art or painting the illustrationRevisions are accepted as long as it is within your style of choice.Payment first basis. 50% Down-payments are accepted for commissions worth 500 and up. (note that i will require the full payment before i start painting or cleaning the sketch)Reservations are non-refundableCommissions are for personal use only
You can print and post it anywhere as long as you don’t claim the artwork as yours.

FAQS

When will i receive my commission?
- 3-7 days or more, it depends on the complexity of the illustration (Weekends and holidays not included)Can i print my commission?-Ofcourse! As long as you don’t sell merch with my art on it, you’re good to go.Commercial work and logos are priced differently compared to regular commissionsWill you send the soft copy to my email?-Yes! You will receive a high resolution PNG file. (300 dpi)-I also offer my psd files with additional chargeHow does your commission work?-Once paid, i’ll start on your commission and an initial rough sketch will be sent to you for review on your scheduled date (reserved slot) if there is anything you want me to change. Once the sketch/initial review is approved, i’ll start painting. Painting takes 2-4 days to finish depending on the number of characters, backgrounds and art style. After painting, the screenshot of the final illustration will be sent to you for any minor revisions.Once the client approves the illustration, the high resolution soft copy file will be sent to your email.

Choosing your art style

CHIBIChoose this style if you like cartoon/cute version of your reference picture. This style has default round chubby faces and big eyes with flat color style of painting.Stylized CartoonChoose this style if you like dramatic features for your illustration with a rendered style of painting. The art will look similar to the reference picture while also looking more dramatic or abstract.Semi-realistic PortraitChoose this style if you want your commission to have a huge resemblance to your reference picture. This art style has a fully rendered style of painting.Please take note that i do not create hyper-realistic drawings

You’re only given 3 days to complete the payment, failure to do so will result in cancellation of your reservation. Painting will then be sold to the next buyer.Ship out every Wednesdays and Saturdays (Except holidays) Will let you know if there is any changes in the schedule.

FOR COMMISSIONS

I have the right to decline a commission:
Reasons may include: difficulty level, client asking for a different art style, client asking for hyper-realistic paintings.To reserve a slot, a 50% downpayment must be paid upfront so I can start working on the sketches. The painting will only be colored and shipped once the payment is settled. Once you’ve accepted the commission project, I will not accept any cancellations, refunds or returns.If your commission has a deadline please reserve 2-3 weeks before the due dateTurn over will be 5-10 days or more depending on your queue, the details, and size of your commission.Only 2 revisions are accepted. Initial draft will require the approval before proceeding with the commission.For scanned workAdditional 15% on top of your order will be placed if you want a high resolution digital copy of the painting.If you only require the scanned work, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total of your commission.

Within Luzon: Via J&T: minimum Php 100. Extra charges may apply for heavy parcels.
Within the same city/area: Handling fee P60Estimated time of arrival is 2-5 days via J&T if you’re in Luzon, and around 1-3 weeks if you’re outside of LuzonIf you prefer another courier, please let me know.

Clay art and dolls

Process

- Send a reference picture and complete details of your commission. Also note if you have any special request.
(Ex. Full body chibi nendoroid, “peace sign” pose, hair in a bun) only applicable for clay figures and not dolls
- Wait for the quote
- Once paid, your order will then be processed.TURN AROUND TIME FOR HANDMADE DOLLS: Around 2 and half weeks minimum. It’ll depend on the complexity and size of the piece. Updates will be posted on my instagram story and Trello account (link to trello will be sent to you)
FOR OTHER CLAY CREATIONS: Around 1-2 weeks minimum It’ll depend on the complexity and size of the piece.

I will not accept any revisions once i start making the figure due to the nature of traditional art, please understand the limitations of this handmade craftSince i am using an AIR DRY CLAY it will take me a minimum of 1 to 2 weeks for small creations and 2 and a half weeks for handmade dolls to finish, depending on the details and number of your commission. Air dry clay hardens in 1-4 days depending on the thickness of the piece. I also need time to layer the details/paint the details and attach the pieces.Due to the duration of the drying time, i will not accept any rush orders.Please take note that this is handmade, some imperfections will be visible, but rest assured that this will be made with utmost care

I will not be liable for any damage or missing parcels once i have delivered your order to the courier. I will send a picture of your complete order before I pack it securely in a corrugated box with layers of bubble wraps.In case the fault is on my side, and I forgot to include some items that you have purchased, please send a video proof of you opening the box while taking out the items. If an item is indeed missing in the video, I’d be glad to deliver them to you.Ship out days will be announced. (No shipments during the holidays)

Clay care

- Do not submerge the clay figure in water, although it is finished with a waterproof seal, i do not advise leaving it in water for too long
- If there is dirt on your figure, use a slightly damp cloth and gently rub the part where the dirt is
- For clay keychains, avoid hanging it where you think it will bump on random objects. This is handmade, so please take care of it.
- Avoid pulling the parts of the figure to prevent the eyepin/metal finding from loosening, or breaking the parts
- Some handmade dolls with armature are movable only in a certain way, do not force the pieces if it doesn’t move in the first place.
